Buying a Home in Little Elm, TX: Costs, MUDs and Neighborhoods
Quick take. Little Elm is lake living right next to Frisco, and it’s one of the most affordable ways into the area, with typical prices around $400,000 to $425,000. The surprise buyers miss is that many newer Little Elm communities carry a PID, MUD, or similar district tax, which can add hundreds a month. Two homes at the same price can have very different payments here.
